Mold Asssessments
Our mold assessments clearly identify to our Clients whether there is an observed risk in the building environment of concern. Our conservative approach follows EPA guidelines that avoid overreactions by conducting thorough visual assessments and utilization of appropriate tools to assess moisture levels, both in material and humidity, to assist in accurately and objectively reporting if there is a concern and giving recommendations on the most effective solutions. Protocols to safely and adequately address any visible growth are provided. Inspections of the work for thoroughness are conducted with report given as deliverable.
